University Website Redesign and Analysis

A content audit and detailed analysis for the James Hutton Institute, reviewing 20K+ content nodes and interviewing key stakeholders to design personas and elicit user needs for a proposed new website. Analysed and developed a potential data model for new website, in order to facilitate migration from an existing Drupal 7 site. Heavy use of whiteboarding for user interviews and engagement, plus communication of proposed design, ER/data models and classification systems.
